Silbö Telecom selects MARCO as its communications agency

MARCO, responsible for the media launch of the new Virtual MobileNetwork Operator, will develop and execute the communications strategy for the new telecommunications company, including its corporate PR, business-to-business, and consumer strategy.

Madrid, 13 May 2024 – MARCO, the agency specialising in brand building and reputation management, has been chosen by Silbö Telecom as its communications agency. This partnership strengthens MARCO’s expertise in technology and telecommunications with the newly established Virtual Mobile Network Operator (VMNO) in Spain, founded less than a year ago. MARCO, responsible for launching Silbö in the media, will develop a communications strategy focused on reputation management and brand awareness, covering corporate PR, B2B, and consumer engagement in Spain.

Silbö Telecom has entered the Spanish market with the ambition of becoming the leading VMNO, offering a smart cost tariff strategy: premium services at affordable prices. With an innovative approach, exceptional service quality, and a strong focus on customer experience, Silbö is poised to challenge the status quo of the telecommunications sector in Spain. Operating with Movie-star coverage, Silbö is registered with the CNMC and is a member of the Association of Mobile Number Portability Operators (AOPM). The new VMNO offers a broad portfolio of smart cost tariffs, including prepaid plans, unlimited data packages, and business solutions. The agreement with MARCO marks another step forward in Silbö’s positioning strategy, incorporating strategic communications as a key element in its launch and national expansion.
