MARCO, the brand building and reputation management agency, has been responsible since the launch of Audible.es for designing and executing the communications strategy of Audible, an Amazon company and a global distributor of premium digital audio entertainment content. The agency has led the amplification of Audible’s launches through PR driven experiences and distinctive activations that strengthen its corporate positioning and maximize the visibility of new releases alongside leading authors and actors. These initiatives have taken place in iconic locations such as the Madrid Metro, the Cuatro Torres Business Area, the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, and the Círculo de Bellas Artes, as well as during major cultural moments including the San Sebastián International Film Festival, World Book Day, the Madrid Book Fair, and Pride Week celebrations.
As part of its commitment to developing high impact and differentiated initiatives, MARCO began 2026 by planning Audible’s participation strategy at PARIX Audio Day 2026, the leading professional forum for the audio industry in Spain. In this context, the agency organized a pre event media gathering with key journalists to present the latest insights from Audible Compass 2025, focusing on the Spanish audiobook market and benchmarking it against key countries such as Germany, Italy, and France.
MARCO also led the brand’s presence at the third edition of the event, held at the Casa del Lector, part of the Fundación Germán Sánchez Ruipérez. The agency coordinated keynote presentations by Barbara Knabe and Daniel Cladera, reinforcing Audible’s positioning as a leading player in the sector.
To strengthen consumer engagement, MARCO conceptualized and executed a distinctive brand activation: the first “Black Guide to Madrid,” created to support the launch of the audiobook No matarás and position its author, Riccardo Braccaioli. The initiative brought media representatives closer to one of the most listened to authors on Audible.es and Audible.it through an experiential tour of the novel’s key locations, creating a fully immersive experience in which journalists and content creators from both Spain and Italy became active participants in the story’s narrative universe.
