MARCO ranks among the top 50 agencies in Europe according to Provoke media consolidating its commitment to talent

MARCO has successfully consolidated its model with the addition of 44 new team members since July of last year, including 3 in senior strategic positions, alongside a strong commitment to training and development, with 28 junior hires and more than 10 internal promotions.

MARCO, the consultancy specialized in brand building and reputation management, has been recognized as one of the top 50 public relations agencies in Continental Europe by PRovoke Media. This recognition is based on criteria of excellence, growth, innovation, culture, and leadership within the industry. The international accolade reinforces a model built on investing in internal talent development and ongoing growth through external expertise.

More than half of the recent hires over the past few months have been junior profiles and consultants with prior experience, who have joined MARCO’s various departments with the aim of growing professionally while also reinforcing key areas such as Brand, Reputation, Public Affairs, Crisis, Multimarket, and Entertainment. These new professionals will contribute to strengthening the company’s structure and human capital, bringing a renewed approach and external perspective to highly dynamic and change-sensitive areas.

In line with its unique offering of 360° multi-service strategies, where the agency’s cross-functional departments are fully integrated, MARCO has also added 8 new specialists across its Social Media, Paid Media, Influencer Marketing, Copywriting, and Video Editing teams over the past year. These reinforcements blend junior talent with senior expertise, such as the appointment of Kim Piquet as Chief Digital Officer, who will lead the enhancement of the consultancy’s digital and multimarket capabilities. These additions represent a further step in the specialization of key areas with the goal of continuously raising the company’s standard of excellence.

Internally, the importance of support departments must also be emphasized, as they play a crucial role in the effective functioning of Human Resources structures, ensuring that both daily and administrative needs are met. These departments not only streamline the management of internal processes but also ensure efficient workflow, providing employees with the support needed to successfully perform their roles. MARCO has reinforced these areas with the addition of six essential professionals supporting Finance, Human Resources, and Front Desk, optimizing internal operations.

Several key strategic hires have also taken place:
Ángel Retamar has joined as Account Director for Brand, bringing his ability to craft innovative strategies and his expertise in managing complex projects;
Ainhoa Goñi has joined the Public Affairs department as Senior Consultant, bringing her extensive experience in strategic communications and crisis management;
And finally, Rafael Sánchez has joined as Head of Events to strengthen and expand MARCO’s offering of innovative event solutions.
All these appointments contribute to reinforcing the consultancy’s leadership structure.

At the same time, MARCO has carried out various internal promotions, reflecting its confidence in the capabilities of its professionals and its commitment to their training.
